.. Operartion steps:
Step 1
Turn the switch to "L" pre-heating for ten minutes.

Step 2
Apply moisture cream or ointment on both hands.
Step 3
Cover your hands with PE cling film. ....
Step 4
Put your hands into the mitts and choose the required level (L: low / H: high). Recommended treatment time is about 30 minutes.
 

Step 5
After the treatment, tear off the PE cling film and wipe off the moisture cream or ointment with a clean towel.

 

 Step 6
By means of infrared heat, the circulation of blood is accelerated and the effects of moisture cream and ointment are enhanced. You will find the hands become soft , elastic and slick after treatment and the pain on your hands are relieved.
